@Taureo2000 , welcome to the Community.


According to the specifications that I found for your computer, there is no M.2 socket on the motherboard.  This means that you will have to use a standard SSD.  Here is one that should work for you:


You will need a 3.5" to 2.5" adapter to install the SSD in the drive bay:


You may not need all of the cables in the kit, but it shows you which SATA data cables are available.


You can add it as a second drive for storage or replace the HDD as the boot drive.  Here is a HP Knowledge Base article to help you transition from the HDD to the SSD:


You will have to buy a SATA data cable to connect it.  There should be a SATA power connector on your power supply unit (PSU).
