I have a HP Envy 27 Beats editions. I am trying to install my printer. so where do i insert the disc

for the "specifications".  Unfortunately for you, there is no mention of a CD/DVD drive.

 

So, access the manufacturer's web-site, and download the latest software for your printer directly to your computer.

 

Or, on another computer, copy the CD (which might not contain Windows 10 device-drivers, unless it is a very new printer) to a USB memory-stick, and move the memory-stick to your computer, and install from there.
