Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello and happy new year to you all!

so windows 10 update has updated my bios. the update was successful and i can boot to windows fine. but now my embedded window 10 OEM key has disappeared.  also, the product information is messed up.  the bios interface has lost the UEFI UI interface. it used to be pretty.

any way to revert to the original bios?

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Windows Update does not do HP BIOS updates.

Try all BIOS recovery procedures at this site (Link).

You may have to contact HP Support for factory service. (Link).

Regards
