Product: x4000b
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I'd like to check the warranty status for my x4000b mouse, but the serial number is illegible. It's completely rubbed off the label.  I tried entering the bluetooth MAC address as the serial but the support page didn't like it.  Is there any other way I can find the warranty status?
