Hi,

You have a hardware problem with the system board, the power supply, memory, or the CPU.

I would disconnect unnecessary peripherals (reduce the PC to a minimum config)  and internal SATA HDD and DVD, card reader, and WIFI if applicable, Start the PC. Then try one stick of memory in each memory slot and start the PC each time to test. Try different, known good memory.

No solution probably means a PSU, system board, or CPU problem (unusual but it can happen).

This means you should swap in different, known good components. This is where it is cheaper to have HP fix or have a local PC tech find the bad component.

Regards

Make sure to have it plugged out when working inside! Look up on youtube how to handle and remove the items.

I think that is a LED/beep/blink code

Identifying light and beep patterns

Light and beep pattern - 3.4 (blink)
Component tested - Hardware
Error condition - The system board displays a power failure.
Troubleshooting steps - Check the power cable connections. Verify that any external power adapter has sufficient capacity for the system.
