so about a year ago i was having a problem with my GPU and 3 long beeps and 2 short beeps, the problem with the GPU is when i would boot up my PC it would say "please connect all PCIE cable to graphic card." but my PCIE cable was connected, when the GPU problem started it would sometimes not pop that message so i just played, sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn't. This happened for a timeline of 1-2 months, then it stayed on that screen when i tried booting up. Then i started taking the PC apart and put it back together it did the 3 long beeps and 2 short beeps. I've tried reseating the ram, swapped the ram sticks to different slots, checked all the cable connections. When I've tried unplugging and taking out the GPU, and removing both ram sticks it still does 3 long beeps and 2 short beeps, i retried with 1 stick of ram at a time still was beeping.

I've gotten the beeping problem out of the way by just cleaning the ram very thoroughly, now i'm back to this screen "please power down and connect the pcie power cable(s) for all graphic cards."
