Brand new HP envy 32 all in one pc that at start up starts with 3 longer loud beeps followed by 4 shorter beeps then repeats and will eventually shut down. Nothing ever comes on the screen.

if the computer is new, don't worry about it, it is defective, return to seller

Minimize the config (CPU, System board, PSU, 1 memory DIMM) and isolate the failed component.
Reduce further if the incident persists.
Known good PSU test.
Replace the affected component.
