3CR24905P1 HP all in one desktop screen will not turn on and blank.

Computer just stopped working. You can hear it turn on. The computer screen is black and blank. The keyboard is not lit. I heard beeps yesterday but i do not know how many.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the no boot issue. 


While you respond to that, let's try these steps to perform a power reset -


1. Shut down the computer, then disconnect the power cord from the rear of the computer.
2. Press and hold down the power button for at least 10 seconds, then release it. The power light indicator might turn on briefly then go out.
3. Reconnect the power cord, then turn on the computer to confirm if the issue is resolved.

Try testing est the hardware -


1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
4. Click Extensive Test.


If the hardware is fine, try restoring the computer -


1. Shutdown the computer. 
2. Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears. 
3. Press F11 once for System Recovery. 
4. Choose the Keyboard Layout. 
5. Click on Troubleshoot. 
6. Go to Recovery Manager and click on System Restore. 
7. Choose a Restore point or a Restore date when the computer was working fine. 
8. Click on OK to initialize the System Restore.
