Product: HP Pavilion All - in - One PC

Hi all. Last night I upgraded HP software. My computer turns on, I get a black screen, I hear 8 beeps. The computer stays on but the black screen stays.

 

Can someone help please?

8 BEEPS can be part of the BIOS repair attempt.

Power button LED blinks 8 times with 8 beeps

BIOS/CMOS  --  (ROM) problem,

Perform BIOS recovery with external media (USB/CD-ROM).

 

8  --  VIDEO MEMORY

 

 

So more than 1 possibility for you to match too.
