The available system memory is lower than the physical memory installed. For example, if 8GB of memory is installed, the available memory size is only 5.92 GB.

Looks like your machine has AMD processor with Integrated AMD Radeon™ Vega 3 Graphics.  Your machine has 8GB therefore system has some SPARE system RAM to assign to Integrated AMD graphics. And that is NORMAL.

 

No worries, system will work this out and it will take back RAM from Integrate graphics when required.

Yes, it is normal for certain models, which are listed in the document--but I don't believe its because of the graphics memory allocation.

 

This seems to only apply to models with AMD processors and chipsets.
