This ties in with another issue. I am trying update my printer but kept getting an error msg " Call to DriverPackageUninstall returned error 5 for package"...…….
I found the solution to that on here BUT that solution requires me to delete the folder that is connected to the error message.
When I try to delete that folder , I get another Error msg that states
"Folder access Denied, Require permission from SYSTEM to make changes to this folder.
So my is question if I am the only user and ADMIN to my pc. Who is "System and why do I require their perimission"?. I have been trying to get my printer to print as I am working from home and this whole ordeal with it is insane. PLEASE HELP!
THANK YOU

This is a popular misconception -- that as the user you must also be the Admin -- but you are NOT.
Microsoft changed default account types back when Windows users were suffering a lot from rootkits -- so that since then, when you create your account, you are no longer The Admin, but instead, someone with limited admin rights.
You can read this about how to unhide the actual Admin account -- but to keep your PC safe from infection, once you're done using that account, you need to rehide it and not use it anymore. Here are the instructions:
