Hi

We bought few of these for our company

 

Started having issues with sound

Then one went down with some kind of hardware issue, I tried to work on it, had to open the base unit, make holes, open a steel plate, and God knows what, seems like way too much, just a bad design

Then the unit stopped booting up.

I sent it in for repairs, and the screen broke on the way, so now they are asking $500 for the repair, we had to find out for what, took 1 week to find out.

There is something weird happening at this repair center

Now we have one more of these go down, 

Is there anyone out there, with issues like these?

Hi,

 

Look, you have to deal with the shipper and the HP service center if the screen broke during shipping.

 

I don't think this forum can help you.
