Hello
if you are talking about the HP recovery partition, don't touch it!
The partition has a size that suits what is in it, so quite small, it is not intended to place anything else in it.
The warning, therefore, is probably because of this
Now if you can say more, give screenshots of the
partitions etc!

Thank you for your reply re recovery system this has answered the question and i do not need to touch the operating system section of my computer as it is best to leave it untouched you have been most helpful
