Product: Pavilion 20 all in one 20
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I updated my windows 10. After it ( supposedly) After the updated it restarted my pc. A blue screen came on saying my pc did not start correctly. I keep getting the same results every time it boots up. I tried to uninstall the update and it’s asking me for an administrator password which don’t remember ever having. Without a password I can use my pc.
