Borrowed computer here.  How in the world do I just turn it on?  It is plugged up and should be charged.

Hi,

 

The PC is powering on (Power On Self Test) if you can get to the BIOS and have determined the "Advanced" tab in the BIOS is missing. I do question this tab would be missing in action but anything is possible.

 

You can get better assistance if you provide a product number. 

 

Post your question in the Notebook Board if you have a Laptop/Notebook.
