HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b017a (Touch)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After unsuccessful system recovery, Windows 10 won't start, showing a blue screen with stop code 0xc000021a.

 

I tried the following but nothing worked: 

- rebooting after shutting down

- rebooting using Windows 10 Recovery Media (a USB key)

- Choose an option > Use a device using Windows 10 Recovery Media (a USB key) (this method didn't work because the password for the account was rejected, assuming the account means either Microsoft account or HP support assistant account.)

 

My warranty has already expired. Is there any other ways to reboot Windows 10 or request technical support from HP?

Thank you for your advice, Prométhée.

Unfortunately, I could not perform the test.

Later, I was told that HD was dead. So, I will need to replace the PC itself.

Why ?

it may not be simple, but if other than that your computer was working fine, you could just replace the HDD...
