Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently updated my computer and now it has the blue screen saying Recovery. Your PC/Device needs to be repaired.
Is it dead?

Try to boot the system up into safe mode, it may be a corrupt driver. You could also reformat to a vanilla copy of the operating system. Also you may try boot last known good configuration. The last known good configuration will do a partial roll back if they update was recent.
In theory there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is.
