HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a weird one that the internet has not answered.

My Hp All-In-One 22 will start up and then the screen (only the screen) shuts off. My second monitor still works and I am able to do all my work on that while Windows is still operating, while my screen on the All-in-one is black.

Sometimes I'll see the screen when a new system function is taking place like during force restart, or resetting the BIOS (both of which did not work) and then the screen promptly shuts off....system still working. I THINK I was able to reset the BIOS but I couldn't tell because I was doing stuff blind.

Any thoughts? I haven't uninstalled and reinstalled the graphic driver, though, I don't think that's the issue since the secondary screen is completely operable. I don't know. I'm not super happy.

Also, sorry for the exuberant detail, but before this happened, the touch screen had a perpetual bluish/purpleish line all the way across the screen and would active whatever was in that zone of colorization. Weird right?

This isn't a screen on and off and back on situation, or a frozen system, or anything like that. The screen seems to still work in brief instances, but then disengages immediately.

I guess that's what I get for doing All-In-One right?
