Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, only bought my PC 3-4 weeks ago direct from HP thinking this was a safer option than a 3rd party. turned PC on and no drivers will not auto repair, can anyone help? with thanks

I assume it was working a month ago and now its not?
