Product: HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cb1000i (4N1P3AV)
brand new PC, running on freedos. no windows installed
HP All-in-One 24-cb1025nh Bundle All-in-One PC
When tried to install windows using flash drive, PC does not recognise the drive. Even the boot options was set to "boot from usb" in BIOS.Still PC does not recognise the drive.
Any help would be much appreciated

In looking at the situation, I would suggest trying a different USB port. The documentation indicates two ((2) USB 2.0 Type-A ports) in the back USB ports. The front or side are not USB 2.0. See if that gives different results.
