Product: HP Elite Slice
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

All the USB ports on my elite slice have stopped working - so the Windows Hello camera, keyboard, mouse have all stopped working - I can't log into the PC. The keyboard and mouse does work when I go into the BIOS. If I go to the System recovery or try and re-install Windows, the keyboard and mouse don't work. This may be in the wrong category - but it's very hard to work out what's going on!
