Product: ENVY 750-600

When I turn on the PC it goes to Preparing Auto Repair (never happened prior to this) and then to Automatic Repair and then into Advanced Options, etc but nothing seems to work.  The quick hard drive test seems shows both Passed.  But then, despite a bunch of reboots and various tries at recovery I’m back to square one.  Also the suggestion to go to Restore system files and settings does not help since I don’t seem to have restore points on the drive.  So I’m not sure what is the problem nor how to fix it.  I do believe this might have something to do with installing the updated Windows 10 not long ago.  The only other recent developments are using a new webcam and uploading Microsoft Teams.  Thanks.

Hi,

 

Disconnect the new web cam. Try to start the PC.

 

Only use the mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

 

It could also be a Windows 2004 problem.
