Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently, HP automatically through a "restart" applied maintenance to my system.

The following problem then arose. A standard banking application which I was using for home banking now ONLY presents its MOBILE version of the application. I contacted them but they are mystified. On another PC running Windows 10 the original application runs fine. Any ideas?

This is not just a moobile application "view" it is attempting to run the mobile code... HELP!!
