BLACK SCREEN AND NO START MENU IF I GET IT WORKING

Pavilion All in one desk top
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time I turn it on it trys to start but then goes to a black screen. When by chance I get it working I can not update Windows due to I can not open the start menu, plus I dont have the option to restart unless I turn it off again
