My PC is intermittently giving the above beep codes when trying to boot up. Powering off and on repeatedly will eventually sort the issue. Sometimes it can take 30 mins to boot up. According to HP manuals this code means "The system board displays a power failure". I have check my PSU is connected properly as this was advised elsewhere.
I also was getting asked to enter my Bitlocker key regularly on bootup. A diagnostic showed an error on the 2nd HDD so I disabled this and I have not had to enter the bitlocker code since, however, I still get the beep codes.
HP Support are asking me to do an OS reinstall. I'm struggling to see how this is appropriate for a beep code issue where the machine is not even getting to the point where it tries to boot the OS.
Any advice would be welcomed!

Hi:
I agree that reinstalling the OS would be a waste of time.
It could be that you may need a new power supply.

The first thing I would try is to unplug the power supply from the PC and the wall socket and remove and firmly insert the power cord into the power supply. Maybe it is slightly loose.
