What have you tried so far?

Reset the CMOS as described here "CTRL+V"

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3932413-2337994-16#:~:text=Press%20and%20hold%20the%20Wind....

the WIN + B   ?

There are three bios listed here   for your system.  I have no idea which one is correct.  What is the product ID of your system?  Possibly that help find the correct bios to install

So I tried those methods they do not work like when my computer shuts on my keyboard shuts on then shuts off and I continue pressing these buttons and I tried downloading Bios from usb that also did no work I want to buy a bios chip separately but idk how

My understanding is HP no longer sells BIOS chips.  Your motherboard "erica" does not have the pins that allow re-programming the bios.

I do no know exactly how the WIN + B key works.  My HP systems are old.

Possibly you are pressings the key too soon or too late.

How did the problem happen in the first place.  Power went out?  Put in new device or new software?
