Black Screen Following Upgrade - How to complain to HP?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Following a recent HP upgrade my system showed a black screen, as it did say it would, unfortunately it never continued following that.  Tried all online hints/tips with no success.  Had to get an IT company to collect and fix the problem.  A graphics card had been corrupted by the upgrade.  I cannot find any way of complaining to HP direct.  I have gone round and round on the website to no avail.  An UK email address would be highly appreciated.
