I have to unplug my computer to get past the black screen. There seems to be an issue with my graphics driver. I can move the mouse but no prompt or reset gets past the screen. If I unplug the computer and then restart the computer it works fine until it goes idle. Then the process starts over. I have tried reloading the drivers already and made several system checks. The curser does not have a halo when on the black screen.

- Please refer to this document for steps to find the product details. To find out a different option to recognize the Product details on the HP Product, please check zeros and O may be similar, and Numeric 5 and alphabet S may look similar so please check and try it should work.
