Bought a recovery usb fro HP

I have tryed 6 attemps to do factory restore with my usb that i order from HP every time it fails here is the log i realy want to have a working computer quiqly now.

Hi:

 

I don't know of anyone on this forum that would be able to help you get the recovery media to work.

 

If you need your PC back up and running quickly, use another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer and make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

 

You can also see if your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool and use that to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
