care plan expired in july, didnt extend it due covid quarantine/isolation/health concerns. System says it wont offer a new care plan. How do i get an HP care plan now ?

Answer / Solution

Generally, when a Care Pack is no longer offered for a product, that's "it".

 

Extended Warranty of this type is available at the discretion of the Care Pack Warranty contract provider.

 

This is "normal behavior".

 

Double check the result with the Care Pack Support team in your region.  (Links below)

Care Pack really not available for your machine?

Still want a purchased Warranty?

 

If you wish to do so, check on a subscription to "HP Smart Friend".

 

 

 

Care Pack - Optional Coverage Plans

Select Region (top right) > Enter your product number in the form to view available Warranty plans for your device
