Product: Pavilion Laptop 14 ce
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been tearing my hair out trying  to find a solution to HP not including CD/DVD drive and MS requiring a CD/DVD for restoring a system image.

After trying suggestions from experts that did not work, I found the following which does work, well it did for me:

I understand that you are unable to perform system restore.

 

In that case, you will have to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.
