Hii! I’ve been trying to figure out what to do, I have looked online at some forums but I am not very good at computers and I can’t figure out any of the steps on what to do. This pops up every time I turn on my laptop before I sign in. Could somebody help me? (Preferably quite simply haha)

This can happen occasionally and MIGHT be a symptom that the motherboard battery needs to be replaced.

Press F10 to get into the bios and look for any error messages and check that the date and time including time zone is correct for you.  After making changes, if any, be sure to save the setup.

If this happens a second time a day or two later then you  should replace the battery.

You did not mention your product or model so the following is all I could find

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph04375

Do NOT pry the battery out.  Also, use a plastic or non-metallic tool to release the locking tab and let the battery pop out by itself.  Replacing a broken battery socket can require a desoldering station so do not force it out.

search YouTube using your model name and the phrase "replace battery"
