I tried to restore my desktop from the recovery partition as it will not boot up no more. I got the CTO error and restoration is incomplete.

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer if the recovery process failed, would be to clean install W10 using another Windows PC to create bootable installation media using the media creation tool.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
