My system does not let me access recovery partition, can I get Recovery Media

I suspect the cloud recovery is not available for your 27-P014 but you can try

go here and put in your product id including the 3 letters after the # sign

Otherwise download windows 10 here and obtain any missing drivers here

use 16gb flash drive, download ISO file and follow instructions to use the USB
