IF this is a newer PC, it came with UEFI not BIOS, and those generally come with Secure Boot enabled. And while you can disable that, Windows Update can go back and reset it.
If you can't get into the settings pressing the Esc key repeatedly while rebooting, you can try this to get UEFI access through Win10: https://itsfoss.com/access-uefi-settings-windows-10/
