I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 via Insider Preview but i'm having trouble finding Software/Driver updates on the HP website. They only list XP to 8.1. am I S.O.L on this issue? any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope you understand that Insider Preview licenses are temporary. They are intended for short-term testing by Insiders, so they are programmed to EXPIRE at some future date -- and that date can not be extended. They are only intended to last until the next Updated version comes out. In the Fast Ring, updates were coming out every 3-4 days; in the Slow Ring, every month or so.
If you are serious about continuing with an Insider version, then take the time to visit the Insider section of the community Win10 forums to learn more about the Insider program: https://www.tenforums.com/windows-insider/
Good Luck

Your machine could be 5 years old now, it is not on the following list

You can easily find all latest drivers for all your internal devices on manufacturer's web sites: Realtek, Intel, AMD, nVidia etc. (I've not checked what is fitted in your machine) and download them & install manually.
Word of cautiuon: Treat them all with care and ensure you install correct one - otherwise your system may fail to boot.
HP was (is) always slow in releasing these anyway.

Thank you for your input Krzemien. I have been doing just that for hardware items. I guess what I'm looking for are updates for Windows 10. Like maybe a BIOS update if needed. I upgraded from Windows 7. Should I not be concerned about this issue and just wait for HP to catch up to the rest of the world? I am open to any all the input I can get.

As per the other response: your machine is not on the 'HP Windows 10 approved' list so your best chance is to get these latest drivers from vendors - or use some default / legacy drivers as supplied by MS.
BIOS - it's the same but it's very unlikely that HP releases it for 5 year old product.
If it works all okay, just leave it as it is though.
