Hi:

You should never provide the product key to anyone.

I just wanted to know that you found it.  It should be 5 sets of 5 characters (25 in total)

You enter the product key when asked during the W7 installation process.

Here's what you do...

Here is the link to download the W7 64 bit English ISO file.

https://software-download.microsoft.com/sg/Win7_HomePrem_SP1_English_x64.iso?t=2651cd72-a21c-495c-9c...

The link will be good for 24 hours from the time I posted it.

Download the file and use the tool that I zipped up and attached below to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive or DVD, so that it is bootable.

Then you can reinstall W7.

After W7 has finished installing, you can install the drivers and available software for your PC from its support page at the link below...

Hi:

Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.

It originally came with W7 Home Premium 64 bit.

There should be a Microsoft Windows 7 COA sticker with the 25 character product key on it.

If you can locate that, I can give you a link to download W7 so you can reinstall it.

If you can't find the W7 label, you can order W7 recovery media from this vendor at the link below, as HP no longer sells it.
