Can't log into Windows or Microsoft Account after HP Bios update

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed a Bios update and now I can't log into Windows 10 or access my Microsoft Account.  I can sign in using our Admin account and my desktop and files are correct, but I can't change passwords because my account no longer exists.  I don't want to start over using a new Microsoft account.  Is there a way to back out this update and if so, will that fix the problem?  Thanks for any help.
