Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I can get on various websites but cannot log into my Xfinity account or my email.  When I troubleshoot it, it says "Your machine administrator disabled Teredo locally". I googled it and tried a few different things but so far nothing has worked. Would appreciate any help.
