Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried downloading the HP Cloud Recovery Tool Kit from both the MS Store (desktop app and online) without any success. Initially, the installer said it was downloading without change/resolution for 20 minutes. Repeated attempts to download have resulted in the following:

I was able to get a different version of the Recovery Tool but when I tried to run as administrator I got the following error message:

My question: where can I get a current link to download the Recovery Tool?

HP Recommended

See if the file that I zipped up and attached below works for you.

 

If not, there is probably an issue on HP's end.
