Can I buy a disc or USB with the HP Cloud recovery tool already installed to boot my system with and reinstall my original Windows

HP won't have recovery media for your PC since it is more than 5 years old.

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the PC.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

If you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter the PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

The PC's product number is:  Z5M32AA#ABA

Thank you. That is the exact information I was looking for as I don't know anyone with the Windows 10 computer to make the drive myself. I did try the library but you don't have administrator rights and are somewhat limited in what's that lets you create there so I did not have any luck but your link should take care of me. Thanks again
