It just wont boot up. It beeps 3 then 4 beeps and shuts down

That sequence on AIO sometimes is caused by a loose power cord.  Check the power cord connection by disconnecting and then reconnecting.

Appreciate your comments but no it did not help. I dont understand what to do because Ive done everything all the HP hints say to do.

Well, if that does not fix the problem, the beep codes are a crude way to tell the user there has been a hardware failure.  For a user to fix a AIO, is not quite as easy as a desktop.  You might need some help.  Most probable cause for a failure when the PC was working previously is a memory fault.  Try running the diagnostics from the esc menu.  Start tapping on the Esc, then press the start (power) button.  Pick diagnostic from the popup menu.
