Computer hacked

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I believe my system has been taken over by a hacker. I was contacted by a firewall company a month ago saying they would  install for me and give me virus protection on all my devises if I paid them 1 time fee and I did and they fixed all my problems and then they called me to say I have a problem from someone I Texas and Iowa trying to sign in. I was at work at the time and scheduled a call back and forgot about it and missed call a couple times and now none of my computers will work!

@Neanea I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

Please look for a private message requesting additional information.

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
