HP Recommended

I turn my power on, the light comes on, but no fan or other noises. The screen is black. I pull speaker wire from jack and I get speaker noise

No one has a crystal ball to visualize your computer make, and model.  That is why there were 44 views and no comment. While I like a challenge, you need to offer the most basic information.   Does that make sense?   Also, it your using powered speakers, there will be some static if you unplug.
