Product: How all in one 22-coxx
We stopped using our brand new desk top after it became very slow probably with viruses. The mcaffee is expired but I purchased a plan through my laptop. I will need to include this desk top in the plan. My son and I want to fix our one month old desktop. Please help

Nearly everyone who says they were infected by a virus is mistaken! Virus writers are interested in making money, so when they DO infect a PC, they encrypt your files and then demand payment, often in Bitcoin, to release your files back to you. If this did not happen to you, then I seriously doubt you were actually infected.
If you will provide details on the problems encountered, we might be able to provide some help.
As to the issues with the AV product, there is no way we can assist in that as you will have to get help from the vendor who sold you the product -- and my own opinion, lacking the virus detail info, is that you paid for something you do not actually need.
