HP Escalation Team,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the ongoing lack of resolution concerning my refund for a desktop computer purchased. This issue has been outstanding since September 27, 2023, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve this through your support channels, I have been met with an unacceptable level of service.
I have multiple tickets I could list but will only do that when requested.
Your customer support ESCALATION Team has failed to provide a reasonable level of service. I was explicitly told that I would receive a refund, yet months later, I am still without a resolution or even a basic acknowledgment of the issue. The inability to contact your Escalation Team directly, coupled with misinformation and unreturned calls, indicates a deliberate avoidance of responsibility. This is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable for a company of HP's standing.
