I have been having lots of crashes and there are applications and control panels, like the Nvidia control Panel, which is not opening when i click on it...
I have been getting messages like - restart your computer to fix this or that.
Now I am trying to reinstall software I have been using for two years, and it won;t install beecause it says that the computer doesn't meet minimum requirement, but when i check those, it does...

Crashes and errors like this are nearly always an indication of a failing internal drive.
This nearly always means the primary drive has failed, will need to be replaced, and Windows reinstalled on the PC.
