Product: Hp office Jethro 6800

The printer quit working and I got mad and threw it away after owning a few years.. want to sew since I'm a loyal hp customer if you can credit me to get a new one

Sorry, but HP generally does not provide discounts on new purchases simply because you have owned an older product.

But, you should really check with Customer Support at this link to see if they can do anything for you:
