Hi there,

 

I get a blue screen and DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, the pc freezes then after a minute or so restarts, any help great fully received

That error is a Windows problem.  It appears to be a driver error and the first time it appeared, it might have informed you of the one causing the problem.  When I searched for that error message, several youtube videos came up in the search.  

Here is one:

See if you can follow that.  It appears on that video the system was booted up.  If you cannot get to a booted system, then try starting in "Safe Mode" and then follow the video.
