HP Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bonjour,

Hi:

You will have to install a new hard drive/SSD and reinstall the operating system.

Consult the maintenance and service guide for the model notebook you have for the storage drive removal and replacement procedure.

The maintenance and service guides for all HP notebooks are in English only.

Thank you for your answer.
I was about to delete this message. I've rewritten it in english.
Do you think that all my files are lost or is it possible to recover the files before ?

You're very welcome.

Generally, you won't be able to recover any files from the drive.

Do you know which type of drive your notebook has?

2.5" mechanical drive or a M.2 SSD?

With a 2.5"drive sometimes you can recover files after removing the drive and purchasing a USB to SATA hard drive cable.

Something like this:

EasyULT Adaptateur USB 3.0 vers SATA III, Super Speed USB 3.0 vers SATA Disque Convertisseur Cable A...

You plug one end into a working PC's USB port and the other end into the hard drive and see if you can read/copy any files from the failed drive to the PC.

If it is a M.2 NVMe SSD, they do sell similar devices for those, but since those drive are pure memory chips, I don't know if you can read anything on them once they fail.
